Recreating Society’s Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 to 3 business days. Unless otherwise indicated.
Order place on Friday will not ship out until Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order is delayed we will email you. Please make sure you check spam and promotions areas.
Made to order items/specialty items: You will be given an estimated time for the order through email or through the consultation. The usual time is 2 to 3 days. But can be up to a week if the ingredients are not in stock.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Buyers are to make sure P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address accept delivery.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation. Once Items are shipped you will receive an email including the tracking number. (please check spam, promotion, and in other folder for email)
Customs, duties, and taxes
Recreating Society is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Recreating Society is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your package is lost. Please contact the carrier to file a claim or track your package. We are not responsible for lost packages as we are the shipping carrier.
If your item says delivered. Make sure you check your mailbox, it may fit in there. If not, check around your property or hidden areas in case the carrier has put it out of the public view. Check-in with your neighbors sometimes packages will be delivered to the wrong address. Lastly, wait a day or two packages may say delivered but are still on their way.
Damaged on arrival
Broken products on arrival. We ensure your products are packaged for safe travel, however, we know items can break before arrival. If your product breaks on arrival. Take a picture and send us an email to email@example.com give us 24-48 for a response time. You have 3 days from the delivery confirmation to send us an email of the broken item. After 3 days we cannot send out a replacement. No refunds will be given only replacement will be sent out. If it is past 3 days of the delivery confirmation you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We do not replace items that have melted.
*** Warmer climate or summertime. Whipped body butter, lotion bars, sunscreen will melt at 70+ degrees. Calendula Salve will melt at 80+ Degree. Make sure you get it delivered to a place where someone can take it inside, immediately. If left in the heat it will melt and cause spillage. Please make sure to track the transit of your items to see if it goes through a hotter climate before it gets to you it may melt through transit. We may cancel your order and will communicate this with you if we see it as a concern. We do not refund if your item has melted so please be mindful. If there are any questions email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering. *** If this is a local order we may hand-deliver your products. Check for emails to schedule delivery.
International Shipping Policy
Items may take longer to receive. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We DO NOT offer returns on skincare, body butter, scrubs, essential oils, bath soaks, or any handmade product. We do offer a return on tea-ware and eco-friendly products and diffusers.
All return costs are paid for by the customer.
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the RMA Number. All returns must be in the original packaging.
To return an item, email us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. After receiving a RMA number, send the item to the address provided. Add the RMA number in the package for faster returns.
