Essential oils to avoid when pregnant

When you are pregnant there are the oils you should avoid and there are oils that you should also take precaution when using other oils. Well you should take extra precaution when using oils of any kind when you are pregnant.  If you have complications or even if you don't it is best to consult your doctor about what oils that you were using and how are you in using them. The same consideration that you take when use the essential oils with kids is the same consideration that you need to take when you are pregnant. Learn about your body, learn about how different oils are reacting to your body. If you have used essential oils prior to your pregnancy.  Understand how they were reacting to your body then. Listen to your body if your body is making you feeling sick if you're feeling nauseous, lightheaded  don't think that is just from the pregnancy it maybe from the essential oils that you are using so take caution when using essential oil's when you were pregnant.
